Indian folding table with inlay detail
A highly desirable Indian hardwood folding table with intricate brass inlay detail. Originally made in the Hoshiarpur region, and quite often exported to the West. Inlaid with brass, boxwood and ebony and with an octagonal shape top. A lovely warm honey colour to wood. Dating to the late part of the 19th century. An attractive decorator’s table for any room of the home.
Found in England, Indian in origin and dating to around c.1890.
