Shipping & Delivery
Items will be shipped either by Australia Post, courier service or a freight company and calculated at the actual shipping rate for your area.
We aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to five (5) business days for us to dispatch orders for items other than furniture or larger items requiring freighting. Please contact us if a timeframe for delivery is important. The timeframe for the dispatch of furniture and larger items is dependent on our furniture carriers operating capacities.
If your item is to be sent with Australia Post please refer to the Australia Post website for your area for delivery timeframes. We will be able to provide an estimate for timeframes with other services.
Express Shipping with Australia Post will incur an additional fee. Please note that we are not situated in the next day delivery network of Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for your area for a delivery timeframe.
Orders upon delivery will not be left unattended unless an authority to leave is provided to us by you. The liability for opting out of signing for your shipment will remain with you.
We cannot be held responsible for loss, delay or damage by Australia Post or courier or other freight company. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If an order arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to advise us immediately and provide us with photographic evidence. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post or courier or freight company. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide all assistance and give you all the necessary information to make your claim.
Once shipped if requested a tracking number will be issued to the email address provided which will enable you to track the progress of your order.
Please provide a correct shipping address correctly as once your order has been dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged any shipping cost rates to resend.
Please contact us to enquire about International Shipping. If we can ship the item internationally, all customs duties, import taxes and any other costs imposed by the purchaser’s country will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns Policy
We aim to provide quality items that are carefully packed for shipping. We unfortunately cannot give exchanges, refunds or credits for purchases except in the case of defective items or an incorrect shipment. We will arrange replacement, exchange or refund for any items that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us by our email address detailing any issue as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
We do however aim for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We may be able to offer a return for exchange or store credit. Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 7 days of purchase or receipt of the item. The credit must be accompanied by proof of purchase and need to be made in person, by email or telephone. If we accept the request, the item must be returned in the same condition. Any postage or freight costs on exchange of items is to be at the cost of the customer. The item is to be returned by a trackable service and returned to our address.
Privacy Policy
We only store information needed to conduct business with you. We may use this information to contact you about your order, for example failed credit card transactions, incomplete order information or stock availability.
We will never sell or provide access to your details to third parties other than as part of processing your order. For example, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway providers, Australia Post or courier and freighting companies to send your orders to you.
